A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
DOTS 8 & 9, PARCEL 2675 AND LOT i10, PARCEL 2680, BLOCK K, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
ADDITION
WHERESAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lots 8 & 9, Parcel 2675 and Lot 10, Parcel 2680, Block K, Riverview Heights
Addition, may and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
