RESOLUTION NO. 121 -1975
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, COUNTY
OF ANOKA AND CITY OF FRIDLEY FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS (AGREEMENT NO. 58009)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the
State of Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
To remove the existing traffic control signals and, to install new traffic
control signals on Trunk Highway No. 65 at ist intersectionwith West Moore
Lake Drive - Central Avenue and Mississippi Street and to revise the existing
signals on T. H. 65 at its intersection with Rive Creek Road -West Moore
Lake Drive and at Osborne Road in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contrined in Agreement No. 58009, a copy of which was before
the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all
of the contractual obligations contained therein.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 21ST DAY OF JULY, 1975
