A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMGINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 41 NAD 42, PARCEL 3870, AND LOT 43, PARCEL 3875, BLOCK Q, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS
ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain speical assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lots 41 and 42, Parcel 3870, and Lot 43, Parcel 3875, Block Q, Riverview Heights
Addition, may and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
