RESOLUTION NO. 134 -1975
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOT 5 AND LOT 6, PARCELS 3945 AND 3950, BLOCK R, RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been combined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Lot 5 and 6, Parcels 3945 and 3950, Block R, Riverview Heights Addition, may and
shall be spportioned and combined as follows:
