That on for the COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 189 , 1975 POLLING PLACES AND APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR GENERAL ELECTION. IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof on the 4th day of November, there shall be an election purpose of voting on the following: 'ERSON FIRST WARD AND COUNCILPERSON THIRD WARD SECTOION "2.
