RES 1975-200 - 00007740RESOLUTION NO. 200 1975 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED REASSESSMENT OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102 WHEREAS, by Resolution the Council on October 20, 1975 , directed the City Clerk to prepare a proposed reassessment of the cost of Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 102, and ' WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed reassessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 17TH day of NOVEMBER , 1975 at 7:30 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessment for REASSESSMENT OF STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. ATTEST: 257 L�'6 CITY OF FRIDLEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE OF HEARING OF PROPOSED REASSESSMENT OF STORM SEWER PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102 Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at ' the City Hall in said City on the 17TH day of NOVEMBER , 1975, at 7:30 P.M., to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvement, to -wit: REASSESSMENT OF STORM SEWER PORTION OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102 The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. The general nature of the improvements and each of them is the construction of storm sewer and appurtenances and drainage facilities for drainage tributary to ditches and drainage basins in the area bounded by: An outline starting at the intersection of East River Road and Osborne Road running north along East River Road to intersection of 79th Way; then running east along 79th Way to railroad tracks; thence north along railroad tracks to 83rd Avenue; thence east along 83rd Avenue to TH No. 47; thence south along TH No. 47 to Osborne Road; thence west along Osborne Road to East River Road to point of beginning. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of them is all I that land benefited by said improvements or each of them and lying within the general area of the above noted boundaries. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received, DATED THIS 20TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1975, BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
