RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF REASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 102
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain clerical
errors were made in the computation of areas of certain
parcels of property in Storm Sewer Project No. 102,
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
forthwith calculate the proper areas and amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every
assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by
said improvement according to law.
