RES 1975-205 - 00007747264 RESOLUTION NO. 205 -1975 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1976 -1. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 205 -1975 adopted on the 20th day of October 1975 by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed improvements, as specifically noted in ti,e Notice of Hearing attached hereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in said Notice) were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley Anoka County, Minnesota as follows: 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No. 176- 1975 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as reasonably possible, to wit: Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb & gutter, storm sewer system, water & sanitary sewer services & other facilities located as follows: 532 Avenue 7th St. to Madison St 56th Avenue 4th St. to 6th St. 57th Place 4th St. to 7th St. 60th Avenue 5th St. to 7th St. 5th Street I.694 to 57th Ave. 5th St. 60th Ave. to 61st. Ave 6th St. I.694 to 57th Ave. 6th St. 60th Ave. to 61st Ave. 2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of bids 3. That the Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech, & the City's Consulting Engineers are hereby designated as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare final plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17th DAY OF November 1975. MAYOR- WILLIA M .
