RESOLUTION NO. 24 - 1975
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ST. 1974 -2
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota ;,as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable
cost of construction with respect to the
following named improvement, to -wit:
ST. 1974 -2 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
including all incidental expenses thereto is
estimated at $62,090.25.
2. The City Manager with the assistance of the City
Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts
to be specially assessed for said improvement
against every assessable lot, p_ece, or parcel
of land benefited by said improvement according
to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FRIDLEY THIS 10th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1975.
