RESOLUTION NO. 69 — 1975
A RESOLUTION DELETING ONE BUILDING SITE CHARGE ON LOTS 33, 34, 35,
AND 36, BLOCK A, RIVER VIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, two building site charges have been levied against
' Lots 33, 34, 35, and 36, Blcok A, River View Heights Addition,
AND WHEREAS, the above four lots are usable as only one
building site, -_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ?
That the deferred balance of the special assessments for one building
site charge on Lots 33, 34, 35, and 36, Block A, River View Heights
Addition, are hereby abated in the amount of $540.64.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21ST DAY OF APRIL, 1975, BY ORDER OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY.
