RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 1975
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 116
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 7th,
1975, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of
the cost of improvements including water and sanitary sewer mains,
laterals, and service connections, storm sewer and drainage facilities,
and related appurtenances.
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed
assessment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public
inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council shall meet at the City Hall in the
City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on
the 11th day of August, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. to
pass upon the proposed assessment for
SANITARY SEWER, WATER, AND STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 116
2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time
and place of meeting in the official newspaper of
the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting.

7TH DAY OF JULY, 1975.
