A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT NO. 58415 WHICH
PROVIDES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RAILROAD GRADE CROSSING SIGNALS
AT 77TH WAY N.E.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an Agreement with
Burlingtor Northern Inc. and the Commissioner of Highways for the installation
and maintenance of railroad crossing signals at the intersection of 77th
Way Northeast with the tracts of Burlington Northern Inc. in Fridley,
Minnesota, and appointing the Commissioner of Highways agent for the City
to supervise and pay for said project with available Federal Funds in
accordance with Section 36, Article 2 of Chapter 500, Minnesota Laws 1959.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH
DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1976.
