A RESOLUTION AUTHORI7ING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
PARCEL 4860, SECTION 14 AND APPORTIONING INTO ALICE WALL ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided, and replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
