RESOLUTION NO. 13 - 1976
A RESOLUTION RETAINING THE SERVICES OF EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES,
INC., FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS, FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND
BOND PROJECT OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of Fridley, Minnesota as follows:
The firm of Ehlers and Associates, Inc ., is hereby employed as
financial consultants for the special assessment fund bond project of
the City, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said firm as outlined in the
written proposal submitted to the Council.
