A RESOLUTION APPLYING FOR A MOODY'S INVESTORS SERVICE BOND RATING
FOR A $1,550,000 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND BOND ISSUE OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, It is hereby found and determined that it is in the best
' interests of the city that the council obtain a rating from Moody's
Investors Service on a $1,550,000 special assessment fund bond issue of
the city;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Fridley, Minnesota
as follows:
The City of Fridley, Minnesota will apply for a Moody's Investors
Service bond rating for its $1,550,000 special assessment fund bond issue,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said firm as outlined in the written agreement form submitted
to the Council.
