RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY-PLANS FOR NOISE ABATEMENT BARRIERS ON I. 694
AT INTERSECTION WITH TH 47
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Highways has prepared preliminary '
plans for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 694 within the corporate limits of the City of Fridley
at the intersection with T.H. 47 (University Avenue);
WHEREAS, said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and
identified as S.P. 0285 -34 Preliminary Plans for Noise Abatement Barriers at
the intersection of T.H. 694 with T.H. 47 in Fridley to be constructed of
wooden planking with wooden posts; and
WHEREAS, copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled,
and identified are also on file in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the term "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in
the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to,
and to incorporate the preliminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particul-
arly identified and described:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED, that said preliminary plans for the
improvement of Trunk Highway Number 393 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 694 within
the limits of the City of Fridley be and hereby are approved.
