A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT #58304
WITH MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT FOR ROADWAY CONSTRUC'iION:
ST. 1975 -5
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit: to provide
for the appointment by the City of Fridley of the Commissioner of Highways to
act as the City's agent for the state contract construction of a County State
Aid Highway No. 35 roadway approach to the easterly side of the Trunk Highway
No. 65 intersection and including associated storm sewer facilities and of a
Aathaway Lane roadway connection to said County State Aid Highway No. 35
roadway approach and including associated storm sewer facilities in accordance
with State plans, specifications and special provisions designated as State
Project No. 0207 -35 (T.H. 65 =5) and S.A.P. 127 - 321 -OIA (Hathaway Lane); in
addition, this agreement provides for payment by the City to the State of the
City's cost shares of said agency construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement. (Agency Construction Agreement No.
58304)
