A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON
LOTS 16, AND 17, BLOCK 2, AND LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK 2, ONAWAY ADDITION
WHEREAS, Certain special assessments have been levied with respect to
certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, and Lots 18 and 19, Block 2, Onaway
Addition, may and shall be apportioned and combined as follows:
