A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING EXPENSES FROM SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 119 TO THE ST. 1976 -1 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Certain excavating work was done under Sewer, Water
and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 119 in the Henriksen Addition
Plat, and
WHEREAS, This excavating work should be charged to that part
of ST. 1976 -1 Street Improvement Project that relates to the Henriksen
Plat and surrounding areas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That costs and expenses in
the amount of $15,904.82 shall be transferred and be made a part of
the ST. 1976 -1 Street Improvement Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
13TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1976.
