RESOLUTION NO. 100 -1977
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING EXPENSES FROM SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 121 TO THE ST. 1977 -1 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, certain catch basins and leads were constructed under
Sewer, Water and Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 121 in Deleier and
Marxen Terrace Additions; and,
WHEREAS, this work should be charged to that part of the ST. 1977 -1
Street Improvement Project that relates to the Deleier and Marxen Terrace
Additions and surrounding areas,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that costs and expenses in the
amount of $1,822.34 shall be transferred to and made part of the ST. 1977 -1
Street Improvement Project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 12TH
DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1977.
