RESOLUTION NO. 113 -1977
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
ON OUTLOT A, INNSBRUCK NORTH, LOT 1, BLOCK 24, AND OUTLOTS B AND C, INNSBRUCK
VILLAGES AND APPORTIONING INTO INNSBRUCK VILLAGES 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided and replatted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels, to -wit:
Part of Outlot A, Innsbruck North, Part of Lot 1, Block 24 and Outlots B and
C, Innsbruck Villages, may and shall be apportioned and divided and replatted
as follows:
