A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1 -1977, A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY AND DESIGNATING OFFICIAL
DEPOSITORIES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1 -1977 authorized the investment in any
bank or savings and loan, and
WHEREAS, It may be desirable to utilize for the purchase of an
investment from a brokerage house United States Government securities
and other investments as authorized by Minnesota Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that any brokerage firm may be
used as a depository for investment purposes, so long as the investments
comply with the authorized investments as set forth in Minnesota Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS
24TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1977.
