RESOLUTION NO. 123 -1977 199
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RAMP CONTROL SIGNALS ON TH 694
RAMPS AT TH 47 AND AT EAST RIVER ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into
an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of
Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit:
To revise the existing traffic control signals
and provide ramp control signals on Trunk
Highway No. 694 Ramps at East River Road (CSAH 1)
and at Trunk Highway No. 47 (University Avenue
Northeast) in the City in accordance with the
terms and conditions set forth and contained in
Agreement No. 58832, a copy of which was before
the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual
obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
