A RESOLUTION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS - RECORDING RESUSCI ANNE
BE
IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fridley, as follows:
1.
That it is in the interest of the Cit3
to award quotations
for the following service and materials:
RECORDING RESUSCI ANNE
2.
A copy of the above described service
and materials, together
with a proposal for the method of pur
hale and the payment
thereof have been presented to the Co
ncil by the City Manager
and the same are hereby approved and 4dopted,
and the method
of acquisition and payment to be required
by the City with
respect to the acquisition of said service
and materials.
3.
The purchase of said service and materhials
as described above
shall be affected by quotations to belreceived
and opened
by the City of Fridley on the 8th day;of
March, 1977.
The City Manager is directed and authorized
to secure for the
purchase of said service and materials
by quotations proposals
under notice as provided by law and the
Charter of the City
of Fridley.
