RESOLUTION NO. 55 -1977
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL 3000, SECTION 2, AND APPORTIONING INTO
PARCELS 3300 AND 3400, SECTION 2
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect
to certain land and said land has subsequently been subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcels,
to -wit: Parcel 3000, Section 2, may and shall be apportioned and divided
as follows:
