A RESOLUTION ORDERING PRELIMINARY PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ESTIMATES
OF THE COSTS THEREOF: SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVE-
MENT PROJECT SS &SW #123
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City and of the property
owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements
to -wit:
Watermains, Sanitary Sewer Laterals with Service Connections,
and Storm Sewer and Appurtenances:
1. Parcels 5400, 5450 being located in the NW; of
the SW-1, of Section 2, T -30,
R -24
2. Parcel 3700 being located in the SW; of the
NW; of Section 2, T -30, R -24
all parcels abutting Blst Avenue NE between Main Street and
TH 47
2. That the Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech, City Hall, Fridley,
MN, is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans
and specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of
the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from
inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to
be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof,
and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein
' whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be
made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvements
(and the estimated cost as recommended), including also a description
of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may
be proposed to be assessed.
3. That said preliminary report of the Engineer shall be furnished to
the City Council.
