RESOLTUION 63 -1977
A RESOLUTION EXECUTING AGREEMENT #,58430, WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA PERTAINING
TO STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1976 -3, S.P. 0207 -36 (65 -5) FOR INTERSECTION
IMPROVEMENT T.H. 65 AND 53RD AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit:
to provide for payment by the City to the State of the City's cost shares of
the construction of curb and gutter, concrete walk, an entrance and storm
sewer facilities upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 65 (Central
Avenue) within and adjacent to the corporate City limits and of the construction
of the east approaches of 52nd and 53rd Avenues Northeast to Trunk Highway
No. 65 and of that portion of the west approach of 53rd Avenue Northeast to
Trunk Highway No. 65 within the corporate City limits plus the construction
along both sides of the service road to "Embers" which aforesaid construction
will be performed by.the State under contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement. (Cooperative Construction Agreement
No. 58430)
