RESOLUTION NO. 76 -1977
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
WATER, SEWER AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 121

BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
' 1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost of construction with
respect to the following named improvement, to -wit:
WATER, SANITARY SEVER, AND STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 121
including all incidental expenses thereto is estimated at $36,441.07
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot, piece, —
or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law. j
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH
DAY OF AUGUST, 1977.
