RESOLUTION NO. 84 -1977
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR TREAT-
MENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1977)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost with respect to
the following named improvement, to -wit:
TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1977)
including all incidental expenses thereto, is estimated at $ 1,874.24
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to be
specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable
lot, piece, or parcel of land benefited by said improvement accord-
ing to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH DAY
