A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THREE BOCCIE BALL SETS FROM THE LEAGUE OF CITIES
' WHEREAS, Governor Rudy Perpich has donated his increase in salary to
the promotion of Boccie Ball, and
WHEREAS, The League of Cities is acting as the Governor's agent in dis-
tributing the Boccie sets, and
WHEREAS, The cities between 20,000 and 100,000 population are eligible
for a maximum of three Boccie Ball sets, and
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley presently has a population of 31,940,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Fridley,
that the City hereby requests three Boccie Ball sets from the League of
Cities.
