RESOLUTION NO. 10 -1978
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING ALLOWANCE FOR EMPLOYEE MILEAGE REIM-
BURSEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley reimburses a City employee
for the use by an employee of his /her own automobile in the
performance of official duties; and
WHEREAS, the City has been reimbursing at a rate of 15Q
per mile since 1975; and
WHEREAS, the cost of operating an automobile has increased
significantly due to inflation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council may prescribe mileage reimburse-
ment in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 43.328, Subdivision
3,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Fridley that the City allowance for employee mileage reim-
bursement is determined to be 16¢ per mile.
