RESOLUTION NO. 34 -1978
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUNDS TO C.S.A.H.
OR T.H. PROJECT (FRIDLEY ST. 1978 -4)
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley
to participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. 35
within the limits of said municipality; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Transportation and identified in its records as S.A.P. 127 - 020 -02.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State Aid Street Funds the sum of $ 7,000.00 to apply toward the
construction, right -of -way acquisition and engineering costs of said project
and request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this authorization.
