RESOLUTION NO. 40 - 1978
TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED that the City enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Highways for the following purposes, to -wit:
to supplement Agreement No. 54797 dated November 24, 1965, between the
City of Fridley and the Minnesota Department of Highways and provide for
the City to refund to the State the amount of $8,035.25 as a consequence
of the increased discharge of storm waters into a cooperatively funded
(State, Fridley and Columbia Heights) storm sewer outfall line constructed
by the City of Fridley which increased discharge is contributed by the
City of Fridley and the City of Columbia Heights due to the added
Burlington Northern, Inc. freight yard drainage area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager be and they hereby
are authorized to execute such agreement. (Supplement No. 2 to Agreement
No. 54797)
