RES 1978-77 - 00007163124 RESOLUTION NO 77 - 1978 RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE 1978 SERVICE CONNECTIONS WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 14, 1978, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of storm sewer outfall. WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assess- ment roll has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council shall meet at the City Hall in the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota, on the 18th day of September, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment for 1978 SERVICE CONNECTION ASSESSMENT ROLL 2. The City Clerk shall publish notices of the time and place of meeting in the official newspaper of the City at least two (2) weeks prior to such meeting. NEE i ;f I RESOLUTION NO. 77 -1978 (Continued) CITY OF FRIDLEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA 120 Page 2 NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENT FOR WATER AND SEWER MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Fridley will meet at the City Hall in said City on the 18th day of September, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hear and pass upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessments in respect to the following improvements, to -wit: 1978 WATER AND SEWER MAINS, LATERALS, AND SERVICE CONNECTIONS NOT HERETOFORE FURNISHED AND AVAILABLE The proposed assessment roll for each of said improvements is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the office of the Clerk of said City. At said hearing, the Council will consider written or oral objections to the proposed assessments for each of said improvements. Said improvements will be assessed against the properties within the above noted areas in whole or in part proportionately to each of the lands therein contained according to the benefits received.
