RESOLUTION NO. 104 - 1979
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1979)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby determined that the assessable cost with respect to the
following name improvement, to -wit:
TREATMENT AND REMOVAL OF TREES (1979)
including all incidental expenses thereto, is estimated at $605.85.
2. The City Clerk shall forthwith calculate the proper amounts to -be
specially assessed for said improvement against every assessable lot,
piece, or parcel of land benefited by said improvement according to law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY
OF SEPTEMBER 1979.
