RESOLUTION NO. 36 - 1979
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: SIGNALIZATION IMPROVE-
MENTS ON TH 47 AT 69TH AVENUE NE - ST. 1979 -5
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 23 -1979 adopted on the 5th day of February,
1979 by the City Council, set the date for hearing on the proposed
improvements, as specifically noted in the Notice of Hearing attached
thereto for reference as Exhibit "A ", and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable
to be assessed with the making of these improvements (as noted in
said Notice) were given ten (10) days notice by mail and published
notice of the Council Hearing through two (2) weekly publications of
the required notice, and the hearing was held and the property owners
heard thereon at the hearing as noted in the said notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolu-
tion No. 22 -1979 are hereby ordered to be effected and com-
pleted as soon as reasonably possible, to wit:
Signalization at the intersection of TH 47 with 69th Avenue
NE
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed
under one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon
receipt of bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, Richard Sobiech and the
Minnesota Department of Transportation are hereby designated
as the Engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare
final plans and specifications for the making of such im-
provement.

FEBRUARY, 1979.
