RESOLUTION SETTING UP THE 1978 BUDGET FOR SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS
WHEREAS, Certain funds have been expended in Special Revenue Funds of
City and
WHEREAS, It has not been the
practice of the City to
budget Special
'
Revenue Funds, with the exception
of the State -Aid Fund,
and
WHEREAS, It is desirable from
a year -end accounting
standpoint to
show a budget for Special Revenue
Funds, and
WHEREAS, This budgeting requirement
comes primarily
from standards
adopted by the Municipal Finance
Officers of the United
States and Canada,
and
WHEREAS, It is the desire of
the City of Fridley to
comply with the
financial reporting requirements
of MFOA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,
By the Council of the
City of Fridley
that budgets are approved for the
