A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT ST. 1979 -1, ADDENDUM 02
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 49 -1979 adopted on the 2nd day of April,
1979 by the City Council, received a petition to waive the public hear-
' ing on the proposed improvements, as specifically noted in the Petition
attached thereto for reference; and
WHEREAS, all of the property owners whose property is liable to be
assessed with the making of the improvements (as noted on said Petition)
have signed the attached Petition requesting the improvements and con-
stitute 100% of the property owners who will benefit from the improvement
and do waive the right to a public hearing which is allowed under the
normal procedures set forth in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolution No.
48 -1979 are hereby ordered to be effected and completed as soon as
reasonably possible, to -wit:
Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix
bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer
system, water and sanitary sewer services and other facilities
located as follows:
Industrial Boulevard - From 53rd Way to 52nd Way
52nd Way - From Industrial Boulevard to 800' East
2. That work to be performed under this project may be performed under
one or more contracts as may be deemed advisable upon receipt of
bids.
3. That the Public Works Director, Richard N. Sobiech is hereby de-
signated as the Engineer for this improvement and shall prepare
final plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.

APRIL, 1979.
