A RESOLUTION TRAdSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITY FUND AND THE
MUNICIPAL STATE AID FUND TO STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ST. 1978 -1
AND 2
WHEREAS, expenses in the amount of $276.47 were incurred under the ST.
1978 -1 Street Improvement Project for installation of a sewer service on
Lot 30, Block 11, Hyde Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, this is a forty -foot lot which is not buildable at the
present time, and
WHEREAS, expenses in the amount of $276.47 were incurred under the ST.
1978 -1 Street Improvement Project for repair of a sewer service on Lots
16 and 17, Block 12, Hyde Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, this sidewalk was desired by the City and the Balance of the
cost is to be shared equally between the City Recreation Department and
Independent School District No. 14,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the funds in the amount of $552.94
be transferred from the Public Utility Fund to the ST. 1978 -1 Street
Improvement Project, and that funds in the amount of $769.50 be transferred
from the Municipal State Aid Fund to the ST. 1978 -2 Street Improvement
Project.
