RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, as
follows:
Councilwoman Cheryl Moses is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban
Rate Authority, and Councilman Robert Barnette is hereby designated to serve
as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1980 and
until their successors are appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY
OF JANUARY, 1980.
