RESOLUTION NO. 4 - 1980
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AN OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE YEAR 1980
WHEREAS the Charter of the City of Fridley requires in Section 12.01 thereof
that the City Council annually designate an official newspaper for the City,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Sun Newspapers is designated the legal
newspaper of the City of Fridley for the year 1980 for all publications
required to be published therein.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that Sun Newspapers is accordingly designated the
official newspaper for the year 1980.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
JANUARY,1980.
