RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA
STATUTES, SECTION 474.01, SUBD. 71b REGARDING PROPOSED $925,000
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE PROJECT OF GERALD PASCHKE
WHEREAS,.a proposal has been made to this Council by Gerald W. Paschke, doing
business as G. W. Paschke Properties (the "Company "), to undertake a project
(the "Project ") pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development
' Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474 (the "Act "); and
WHEREAS, the Project consists of acquisition, construction and equipping a
three story office building at Highway No. 47 and 73rd Avenue, in Fridley,
Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, Section 474.01, Subd. 7b of the Act requires this Council to conduct
a public hearing on said proposal and to publish notice of said public
hearing not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixed
for the hearing; and
WHEREAS, a draft copy of a proposed application to the Minnesota Commissioner
of Securities, together with all attachments and exhibits thereto, are now on
file with the City Clerk;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. A public hearing shall be conducted by this Council on the proposal to
undertake and finance the Project on October 20, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
at the City Hall, at which hearing all parties who appear shall be given an
opportunity to express their views with respect to said proposal.
2. Notice setting forth the time and place of hearing, the general nature of
the Project and an estimate of the principal amount of bonds or other
obligations to be issued to finance the Project shall be published at least
once not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixeQ fqr
the hearing, in the official newspaper and a newspaper of general circulation
of the City. The notice shall state that a draft copy of the proposed
application to the Minnesota Commissioner of Securities, together with all
attachments and exhibits thereto, shall be available for public inspection
following the publication of such notice and shall specify the place and
times where and when it will be so available.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT'PROJECT
ON BEHALF OF GERALD W. PASCHKE

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing shall be conducted by the City
Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota on an industrial development
project proposed to be undertaken by the City and Gerald W. Paschke, doing
business as G. W. Paschke Properties (the "Company "), at the City Hall in
said City on Monday, the 20th day of October, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The
project as proposed consists generally of acquisition, construction and
equipping a three story office building at Highway No. 47 and 73rd Avenue, in
Fridley, Minnesota, together with any required site improvements. Under the
proposal, up to approximately $925,000.00 in principal amount of Industrial
Development Revenue Bonds of the City of Fridley will be issued to finance
the project. A draft copy of the proposed Application to the Minnesota
Commissioner of Securities for the project, together with all attachments and
exhibits thereto, shall be available for public inspection following
publication of this notice in the office of the City Clerk, in the City Hall,
6431 University Avenue N.E., Fridley, Minnesota, Monday through Friday,
except legal holidays, from 8:00 o'clock A.M. to 5:00 o'clock P.M. to and
including the date of hearing.
