RESOLUTION NO. 110- 1980
A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER CORRIDOR CRITICAL
AREA PLAN - CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has completed the final draft of the Mississippi
River Corridor Critical Area Plan - City of Fridley in accordance with the
Critical Areas Act of 1973 and the governor's critical area designation
order, Executive Order No. 130, dated November 23, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has fulfilled its requirements for public
hearings as layed out in the said laws, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY that
the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area Plan - City of Fridley be
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 27th DAY
OF October, 1980.
