RESOLUTION NO. 117 - 1980
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE GRANT APPLICATION
AND EXECUTION OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Fridley City Council act as sponsoring unit of
government and grantee for the project titled Fridley Community Crime
Prevention Project to be conducted by the Department of Public Safety during
the period from January 1, 1981 through June 30, 1981. James P. Hill, Public
Safety Director is hereby authorized to apply to the Crime Control Planning
Board for funding of the project and execute such agreements as are necessary
to implement the project on behalf of the Fridley City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1980.
