RESOLUTION NO. 118 - 1980
A RESOLUTION OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, there are certain proposed changes to the existing Rules and
Regulation of the Rice Creek Watershed District,
WHEREAS, the City has concern about the impact these changes have on its
municipal responsibility,
WHEREAS, the City was not involved in the development and rationale of the
proposed changes.
NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that any
changes to the Rice Creek Watershed District Rules and Regulations not be
adopted until all affected municipalities within the District assist in the
review and rewriting of the entire Rules and Regulations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 10TH DAY
OF NOVEMBER, 1980.
