RESOLUTION NO. 127 - 1980
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT FOR MOODY'S
MUNICIPAL BOND RATING
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority has
requested the Fridley City Council to authorise bond sale for the Center City
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the sale of bonds to update the City's bond
rating.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the City Manager is so authorized to make application and agreement for
Moody's Municipal Bond Rating.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 8TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1980.
