RESOLUTION NO. 128 - 1980
AUTHORIZING FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT FOR CENTER
CITY REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT BOND SALE WITH EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES INC.
WHEREAS, The City of Fridley Housing and Redevelopment Authority has
requested the Fridley City Council to authorize bond sale for the Center City
Redevelopment Project; and
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates Inc. have been the financial consultants for
the City of Fridley, and
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates Inc. have provided the City Council with bond
sale information for the Center City Redevelopment Project as requested by
City Administration.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
authorize the City Manager to enter into contract agreement with Ehlers and
Associates Inc. to handle the Center City Project Bond Sale for the City of
Fridley.
