A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STORM SEWER AND
DRAINAGE PROJECT # 132
WHEREAS, the consideration of certain improvements, including grading,
dredging, storm sewer and related drainage appurtenance facilities, located
west of Central Avenue between Highway 65 and Mississippi Street was duly
presented to the Council on the 8th day of December, 1980; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 17, 1980, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council November 17, 1980;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA:
1. A Public Hearing was held on said proposed improvement on December 8,
1980 with all owners of real property abutting upon the project area
named as the location of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 17, 1980.
3. John G. Flora, Director of Public Works, is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications
and estimates of costs thereof for the making of such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 15TH DAY
OF DECEMBER, 1980.
