RESOLUTION NO. 19 - 1980
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. St. 1980 - 1 (BLOMBERG ESTATES AND UNIVERSITY
INDUSTRIAL PARK).
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting street improvements, including
grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, sewer, water, storm sewer ,
and other facilities, located on the following plats:
Blomberg Estates Bounded by Arthur Street, Lakeside Drive,
75th Avenue and Osborne Road
University Industrial Park Bounded by Main Street, University Avenue,
81st Avenue and 79th Avenue.
was duly presented to the council on the 3rd day of March, 1980; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the council adopted March 3, 1980, a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the council March 3, 1980;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY,
MINNESOTA:
1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution
adopted March 3, 1980.
3. Nasim M. Qureshi is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates of
costs thereof for the making of such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 3RD
DAY OF MARCH, 1980.
