RESOLUTION 31 - 1980
A RESOLUTION TO THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION BY THE
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REGULATORY UTILITY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley has reviewed Amendment of
subpart B and C of Part 76 of the Commission's Rules pertaining to
applications for Certificates of Compliance and Federal State /Local
Regulatory Relationships.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fridley agrees that the adoption of
said ammendment to be in the best interest of the City.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby supports said amendment for adoption by the Federal Communications
Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH DAY
OF APRIL, 1980.
